Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 33hbd platform. By accessing or using 33hbd, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 33hbd website, mobile platform and all related services (collectively, "the Platform") operated by 33hbd. By registering an account, accessing any game, making a deposit or withdrawal, or using any feature of the 33hbd Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility
To register and use a 33hbd account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

33hbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 33hbd may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.
Key Member Obligations
All 33hbd members are bound by the following obligations from the moment of account registration.
One Account Per Person
Each member is permitted exactly one 33hbd account. Operating duplicate accounts — regardless of the mobile number, email or device used — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and balance forfeiture.
Account Credential Security
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 33hbd will never ask for your password. You must notify 33hbd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
No Prohibited Use
Members must not use the 33hbd Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities.
Deposit & Withdrawal Compliance
All funds deposited to 33hbd must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches your verified KYC identity.
Bonus Eligibility & Wagering
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the rollover requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. Full bonus terms are published on the 33hbd promotions page.
Fair Play Obligation
Members must engage with all 33hbd games and betting markets in good faith. The use of automated bots, game-specific exploits, arbitrage strategies that abuse bonus terms, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
3. Account Registration & KYC
To open a 33hbd account, you must complete the registration process by providing your Bangladeshi mobile number and creating a secure password. You must ensure that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate and up to date. 33hbd will use your mobile number as your primary account identifier — you cannot register more than one account with the same mobile number.
33hbd operates a KYC verification programme for all accounts. You may be required to submit identity documents including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, along with proof of address and proof of your payment method. KYC is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. 33hbd reserves the right to request KYC verification at any point, including before a withdrawal, after a winning streak, or in response to unusual account activity.
Where 33hbd is unable to verify a member's identity to its satisfaction — due to incomplete documentation, inconsistent information or suspected fraud — 33hbd reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the account, freeze pending withdrawals and request further documentation. Accounts that cannot be verified after a reasonable period will be closed and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering procedures.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
33hbd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and other Bangladeshi banking partners. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are typically credited to your 33hbd wallet within 30 to 60 seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take 1 to 24 hours depending on the processing schedule of your bank.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. 33hbd does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 33hbd is not responsible.
All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. 33hbd reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals requested during a pending KYC review will be held until verification is complete. Members must not request a withdrawal from funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement.
33hbd does not accept deposits from third parties and will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All funds must originate from and return to payment instruments registered in the name of the verified account holder. Deposits received from unverified or third-party sources may be refunded and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
33hbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, live casino cashback, free spins and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the 33hbd promotions page at the time the bonus is offered:
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible member unless the specific offer states otherwise. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in all associated bonuses being voided and the account being suspended.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotions page when the offer is made available.
- Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds or free spins not used within the validity period stated in the specific offer will be automatically removed from the member's account without compensation.
- Certain game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, live casino table bets may contribute at a different percentage than slot spins. The specific contribution rates for each game category are published on the 33hbd promotions page.
- 33hbd reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes reducing the bonus amount, changing the wagering requirement, or discontinuing a recurring promotional programme.
33hbd takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Members found to be systematically exploiting bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or placing deliberately low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided, winnings forfeited and accounts terminated. 6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 33hbd Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Clause 6.1
Money Laundering & Financial Crime
Using the 33hbd Platform to launder money, transfer proceeds of crime, evade taxes or engage in any form of financial fraud is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. 33hbd monitors all transactions for suspicious activity in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
Clause 6.2
Collusion & Match Fixing
Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinating bets to exploit promotional terms, is prohibited. Any member found to be involved in match fixing or sports integrity violations will have their account immediately terminated and all funds forfeited.
Clause 6.3
Automated Software & Bots
The use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any third-party program that interacts with the 33hbd Platform without human input — for the purpose of gaining a betting or gaming advantage — is strictly prohibited. 33hbd employs detection systems for such activity and will act on confirmed cases without prior warning.
Clause 6.4
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with a payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made to 33hbd constitutes fraud. Any member who initiates such a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited and the matter referred to the relevant payment provider and authorities. 7. Account Suspension & Termination
33hbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or failure to comply with KYC requirements.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, match fixing, or collusion, pending investigation by 33hbd's compliance team.
- Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the member, or identification of the member as a problem gambler based on responsible gaming indicators.
Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 33hbd reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits, winnings and bonus funds. Where an account is closed at the member's own request (voluntary closure), the remaining real-money balance after satisfying any applicable wagering requirements will be refunded to the member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 33hbd Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, text and data — is the intellectual property of 33hbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 33hbd Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the 33hbd Platform without prior written permission from 33hbd. Unauthorised use of 33hbd intellectual property may result in legal action. The 33hbd name, logo and brand elements are trademarks of 33hbd and may not be used without express written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33hbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 33hbd Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if 33hbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
33hbd makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 33hbd will use reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and game integrity, but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network issues or technical failures beyond 33hbd's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 33hbd's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your continued use of the 33hbd Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 33hbd Platform, you agree to first contact 33hbd's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 33hbd aims to resolve all member disputes promptly and fairly within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution process as further detailed in the 33hbd complaint procedure published on this website. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
